When a landlord-tenant dispute has reached the phase of legal proceedings, our team of experts can help attorneys and insurance carriers size up their cases and uncover the facts. We specialize in expert witness testimony regarding a property owner’s standard of care, habitability complaints, wrongful eviction, and damages. Cases include landlord/tenant disputes, code enforcement, property management, and real estate transactions.
Our expertise comes from decades of experience as landlords, property managers, real estate brokers, and building inspectors.
