“Mr. Edrington assisted us in resolving a sensitive landlord-tenant case at mediation.  His perspective as a local landlord and property manager allowed the landlord client to understand the issues in the case. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the local rent control statute supporting the defense in maintaining its position regarding the tenant’s claimed damages.  I recommend Mr. Edrington highly.”
